Suppalyze provides an online research platform for analyzing and comparing dietary supplements. The Platform offers both free and premium (paid) access to various features. All content is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

Content provided on the Platform, including AI-generated efficacy scores, supplement ratings, study summaries, and user-generated content, is intended solely for general research purposes. The Platform does not offer medical, health, or nutritional advice.

Decisions regarding health, nutrition, or supplementation should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Suppalyze does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition or illness.

2.3 Limitation of Liability for Health Outcomes

Suppalyze disclaims any liability related to the use or misuse of supplements discussed on the Platform. Users assume all risks associated with supplement use.

3. Eligibility and User Conduct

3.1 Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, users affirm that they meet this age requirement.

3.2 Permitted Use

The Platform may be used solely for lawful purposes. Users shall not:

Premium memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. No refunds shall be issued for partial billing periods.

4.3 Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.4 Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Suppalyze does not store or retain payment credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Content

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, AI models, research summaries, and compiled supplement data, are owned by or licensed to Suppalyze.

5.2 Restrictions on Use

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Platform content without prior written consent.

5.3 User-Generated Content

Users who submit supplement ratings, reviews, or suggestions grant Suppalyze a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and incorporate such content into the Platform.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

The collection and use of personal data are governed by the Suppalyze Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Suppalyze makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suppalyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

8. External Content

The Platform may include links to third-party websites for user convenience. Suppalyze assumes no responsibility for external content, data handling, or business practices of linked websites.

9. Changes to the Platform and Terms

Suppalyze reserves the right to update or modify the Platform and these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted publicly. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims involving intellectual property rights or injunctive relief, which may be brought before the courts of South Carolina.
